In this episode, Becky the Dispatcher introduces her first ever guest, who is a fellow dispatcher and has worked in Law Enforcement for over 20 years! Together they discuss the various types of calls they experience and hurdles with staffing. Get ready to hear "The Good, The Bad, and The Funny" of dispatching! 

 

About the host:

Born and raised in rural Missouri, Becky moved to Phoenix, Arizona shortly after graduating, where she has remained for most of her adult life. 

Prior to moving into the law enforcement field, Becky worked for several large corporations in various roles. For the past 8 years, Becky has worked as a 911 Dispatcher for both Police and Fire, for several different agencies.

Becky is married to the love of her life, Jacob, who is a USMC veteran and has been in law enforcement for 18 years, currently serving as a Patrol Sergeant. Becky and Jacob live in Chandler, Arizona, where they share their home with both 2 and 4 legged children.
